Job Summary:

Reporting to the Owner, this role is a critical leader in driving the success of our business. You’ll work with customers to engage them in the opportunity for our business, work to set up appointments, and schedule our teams to perform our service at the customer’s house or business.

You’ll network and develop new leads to increase revenues and profits for the company. You will oversee canvassing efforts (including leading canvassers).

You will coordinate and execute marketing efforts, with special attention to Social Media campaigns, email solicitation and calling on businesses and potential new leads.

You’ll have the flexibility to perform your role both behind a desk and out in the community. Many Shine Business Development Managers across the country choose this role for its career potential.

Other misc. responsibilities and opportunities as assigned.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

Driving Sales and Developing Sales Culture for Company

Daily/weekly/monthly planning in partnership with owners

Outside and inside sales

Participating in team meetings and Sales communication

Networking and developing new Leads; transforming these leads into customers

Social Media Posting and Email Communication

Responding to emails, phone calls and voicemails from customers

Meeting with customers at homes and businesses

Estimating projects

Scheduling jobs

Keeping a clean and orderly workspace and vehicle

Maintaining a safe work environment

Living out the core values and representing the Shine Brand
