Vice President of Marketing

We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled services organization seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing executive to lead our next phase of growth. This company operates in a digital-first environment and is focused on innovation, measurable performance, and scalable revenue generation.
The Vice President of Marketing will define and execute the company's integrated marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through branding, digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and marketing technology.
This leader will combine strategic vision with operational execution, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance. The role reports directly to executive leadership and partners closely with Sales and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
Own digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation
Drive multi-channel demand generation to build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline
Lead content strategy across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, video, and social platforms
Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy
Optimize marketing technology stack to improve performance, reporting, and automation
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product to ensure alignment
Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize return on investment
Lead and develop a high-performing, primarily remote marketing team
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B environments (tech-enabled services preferred)
Deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, demand generation, CRM, and marketing automation
Demonstrated success driving measurable growth in omni-channel businesses
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency and personalization
Proven ability to manage remote teams
Willingness to travel up to 25%
