About The Role
We are looking for a creative content creator who enjoys producing engaging material across multiple brands and serves as lead photographer for our full commercial and residential property portfolio. The role includes managing property photography, 3D virtual tours, and expanding into social media management and production as the team grows.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce engaging content across a range of formats and mediums, including short‑form social content, event coverage, and lifestyle photography.

Lead photography for commercial and residential properties: interior, exterior, aerial, and 3D Matterport tours.

Keep property listings current on the website, Zillow, and related platforms.

Support social media management and higher‑level production projects.

Occasionally attend after‑hours events for content capture.

Qualifications

Natural creative instinct, thinking in ideas and stories rather than just deliverables.

Comfortable shooting and editing both photo and video.

Strong eye for photography, especially in real estate or lifestyle settings.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects across several brands.

Willingness to attend after‑hours events.

Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is a plus.

Familiarity with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

A portfolio or samples of work are required.

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of professional experience in content creation, either through full‑time employment or freelancing.

Travel Responsibilities

Combination of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas.

Occasional after‑hours events to capture content and engage with the community.

Work Conditions

Positions typically require reaching, standing, walking, grasping, and repetitive motions.

Moderate, infrequent exertion: lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; negligible force frequently.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
