Head of Marketing
Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape
We’re looking for a hands‑on, execution‑minded Head of Marketing to define and lead our marketing strategy from the ground up while running the core content engine that powers our visibility, voice, and growth. Reporting to our CEO, you’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire responsible for bringing our stories to life; from customer wins to product updates, across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and sales collateral.
What you’ll do
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
You’ll define and own our marketing strategy from 0→1, with a strong focus on high‑impact execution from day one. This includes developing and prioritizing a marketing roadmap across demand generation, content, brand, and enablement. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business goals and outcomes. As a strategic thought partner to the Cofounders and broader leadership team, you’ll guide where and how we invest in marketing over time.
Content Execution & Ownership
You’ll take full ownership of our content calendar and bring it to life. This includes writing and publishing a monthly newsletter, monthly blog posts, and LinkedIn content on a weekly or bi‑weekly cadence. You’ll also lead coordination and promotion of webinars, managing the process from concept through execution and follow‑up. You’ll turn internal insights, customer wins, and lessons learned into clear, engaging, and consistent content that supports brand awareness and market credibility.
Demand Generation
You’ll lead early‑stage demand generation efforts to help us build a repeatable growth engine. This includes executing email campaigns, managing lead capture and nurture workflows, and collaborating with sales to support outbound and inbound efforts. You’ll use content and digital channels to generate pipeline, optimize conversion points, and support full‑funnel engagement.
Product Marketing & Collateral
You’ll create and maintain core marketing materials that support sales and customer engagement; including one‑pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and internal enablement tools. You’ll translate lightly structured input into polished, on‑brand assets and ensure consistency in messaging across all materials and channels.
Website, Email & Digital Tools
Working cross‑functionally, you’ll manage and maintain our website, handling routine updates, publishing content, resolving bugs, and coordinating with contractors when needed. Partnering with sales, you’ll also be responsible for foundational tools and systems like email marketing platforms, lead capture forms, and analytics.
Press, PR & Thought Leadership
You’ll lead our press strategy, identifying opportunities for announcements, thought leadership, and visibility in the market. You’ll manage the messaging and coordination required to secure and execute on these opportunities.
Events & Conferences
You’ll manage the execution of our events and conference calendar, including selecting the right events to attend or sponsor, coordinating logistics, developing materials, and ensuring we’re well‑prepared to represent the Euclid brand. You’ll collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure our event strategy supports relationship‑building and pipeline growth.
Client Gifts & Swag
You’ll oversee our client gifting and swag initiatives from planning through delivery. That includes sourcing, messaging, and coordination; while ensuring these efforts reflect our brand and contribute to client engagement and relationship‑building.
Project Ownership
You’ll bring clarity, decisiveness, and momentum to everything you own. You’ll confidently move projects forward, make executional decisions, and communicate clearly without getting bogged down in unnecessary process or review cycles.
