The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by managing customer-facing assets, maintaining accurate point-of-sale (POS) inventories, coordinating event logistics, and partnering with both internal teams and external agencies. This role ensures that customers, sales teams, and partners receive timely, accurate, and high‑quality marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams requesting marketing assets (photography, product imagery, logos, brand guidelines, and other collateral).
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries to ensure files are current and easily accessible.
Coordinate with HQ when additional questions or content requests come up.
Ensure all assets comply with brand standards and are delivered in required formats.
Monitor inventory levels of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, displays, signage, and promotional items.
Process and track POS orders from customers or field teams.
Facilitate forecasting, replenishment, and order submissions to HQ or warehouses to maintain optimal stock levels.
Event & Trade Show Support
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of trade shows, customer events, and company-sponsored activities.
Coordinate logistics including booth materials, shipments, vendor orders, marketing collateral, and on‑site needs.
Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and post‑event reporting.
Support cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, HQ) to ensure seamless event execution.
Customer Onboarding Support
Assist new customers with onboarding by providing access to brand assets, POS programs, product knowledge materials, and resource portals.
Ensure each customer receives consistent and professional brand experience from day one.
Support onboarding administration, documentation, and follow‑up.
Work closely with the external digital marketing agency to facilitate campaign updates, content needs, approvals, and reporting.
Assist in coordinating digital asset delivery and maintaining organized records of digital campaigns.
Support internal reporting needs and help ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Key Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing, customer service, event coordination, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital asset management tools, and project management systems.
Familiarity with POS programs, event logistics, or inventory workflows is a plus.
Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with vendors and external partners.
