As an Art Director, you will lead brand discovery and development, integrating a strong visual identity across various platforms and enhancing brand performance through strategic testing and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead brand discovery and development through research, brainstorming, and testing.
Integrate visual identity into emails and owned properties, focusing on high-converting templates.
Own landing page strategy for both mobile and web, conducting tests for optimization.
Contribute to performance advertising experiments that are driven by brand identity.
Support offline advertising efforts with compelling brand components.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in brand or art direction.
Strong storytelling and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
Portfolio showcasing brand identity, design systems, and CRM/email projects.
Mastery of Figma and familiarity with front-end constraints.
Experience with Braze CRM and landing page tools such as Webflow and Unbounce.
Knowledge of UX/CRO, accessibility, and performance-driven design.
Motion graphics and video skills are a plus.
Experience in TV and OOH campaign management.
