The Opportunity

Greenfield role
- no territory restrictions, build your own book of business. We're seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and want to grow into
partnership and equity.
Pay is Commission Only
Highlights

up to 40% of GP per placement at your clients

What You'll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships
Negotiate and secure staffing agreements
Partner with recruiters to deliver on client needs
Drive revenue growth and track performance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience
in Recruitment Sales, BDM, or similar
Strong
negotiation and communication
skills
Highly organized
with ability to manage multiple clients
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preference for individuals with an existing
book of business
