JOB DESCRIPTION
Owns OverCast's end-to-end creator strategy, from building scalable agency-level programs to managing high-value creator relationships that drive GMV for enterprise clients. This role is the connective tissue between OverCast's affiliate sampling programs, brand partners, TikTok Shop's evolving ecosystem, and the creator community.
Responsibilities
Program Architecture
Design and iterate on OverCast's tiered creator ecosystem (L0 → L3+)
Build agency-level creator programs that position OverCast as a destination for top TikTok Shop creators
Partner with TikTok Shop platform teams on best practices and emerging opportunities
Develop scalable onboarding, communication, and retention frameworks
Top Creator Management
Own relationships with highest-performing creators across the portfolio
Create bespoke growth plans for top-tier creators
Serve as escalation point for high-stakes creator issues
Build feedback loops to inform program improvements
Client-Facing Strategy
Present creator program strategy and performance to enterprise clients
Translate creator/affiliate data into clear narratives for brand stakeholders
Represent OverCast's creator capabilities in new business pitches and QBRs
Team Leadership
Manage 2-3 junior Creator Managers
Establish workflows, KPIs, and quality standards
Ensure consistent messaging across all creator communications
Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage TikTok Shop analytics to identify high-potential creators and measure ROI
Build reporting frameworks connecting creator activity to GMV outcomes

Reports to: CEO
Direct Reports: 2-3 Creator Managers
Requirements
Location: Los Angeles (hybrid)
5+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or talent management
Experience managing creator relationships at scale (100+ active)
Comfortable presenting to enterprise C-suite and brand stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, can translate dashboards to action
Experience building programs from scratch
Team management experience (2+ direct reports)
Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop ecosystem
Success Metrics
Creator pool growth and GMV contribution
Top creator retention rate
Client satisfaction with creator program
TikTok Shop co-marketing initiatives secured
