The role:
You will analyse dealer performance, identify problems, and help fix them! The role has 3 main aims: 1) monitoring dealer performance 2) diagnosing the problem 3) influencing improvement
DUTIES
Regularly review Dealer Performance (Excel) and provide monthly reporting
Analyse dealer sales data, identify underperformance drivers, and work with dealers to implement improvements
Develop workable action plans with stakeholders to improve performance
Work closely with the vehicle funding provider and banks
Analyse dealer financials and KPIs
Track trends across the network
REQUIREMENTS
Strong data analysis and Excel skills (Pivot tables / XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP)
Automotive / dealer network experience
OEM experience
