- Lead the WEBCON implementation team delivering projects for clients
- Design and implement business processes, applications, and workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into effective system solutions
- Run workshops, gather requirements, and recommend the target implementation approach
- Oversee solution quality, architecture, configuration, and delivery
- Cooperate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams on the Software Mind side
- Design and supervise integrations between WEBCON and external systems such as ERP, HR, CRM, IAM, or Service Desk platforms
- Participate in presales activities, including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations
- Support the development of the WEBCON offering in Software Mind, including identifying new use cases and market opportunities across selected industries
