Job Description

Own and maintain brand voice and messaging across all channels
Plan, execute, and measure campaigns that support brand awareness and business development
Create and oversee marketing assets: email campaigns, digital content, sales collateral, presentations, and announcements
Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with financial-sector standards
Lead website initiatives including redesign, ongoing updates, and optimization
Manage external partners (designers, developers, SEO specialists, agencies) including timelines, deliverables, and quality control
Oversee swag and client gifts to strengthen broker/partner/client relationships with consistent brand touchpoints
Drive internal communications and culture initiatives (events, celebrations, internal campaigns)
Build systems to track priorities, timelines, and deliverables; keep leadership updated proactively
Identify gaps/opportunities and take ownership of solutions without needing heavy direction
Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility
Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, investment, or another regulated industry
Proven ownership of projects from strategy through execution
Comfortable managing vendors/agencies and holding them to standards
Strong writing and communication skills (tone, clarity, consistency)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
