The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to help bring our brands to life through digital and traditional marketing channels. This role is ideal for a creative, hands‑on marketer who enjoys storytelling, design, and collaborating on campaigns that connect with customers, dealers, and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email, and print
- Develop compelling product stories and brand messaging
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, ads, banners, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage and update website content and support SEO efforts
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and dealer use
- Manage and grow social media channels and support paid advertising campaigns
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Assist with boat shows, dealer meetings, and promotional events
- Track marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience (marine or manufacturing industry a plus)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and basic HTML/CSS
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Interest or knowledge of boating or marine products is a bonus
