Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Technician I to join their team. As a Production Technician I, you will be part of the Material Handling department supporting production and floor support activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and good communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Technician I
Location: Dover, NJ
Pay Range: $24/hourly
Shift: 1st Shift (Training for 1 week from 6:30am to 2:30pm. After training, 4am to 12noon)
What's the Job?
Receive, unbox, and inspect incoming wax materials and cores
Help unload incoming molds and verify containers are fully emptied before return to suppliers
Move materials between stockroom and production floor
Collect and return empty boxes/containers from presses and cells
Support end-of-month inventory and assist with outsourcing and general floor support tasks
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Intermediate computer skills
Good verbal communication and attention to detail
Must pass visual acuity test and certification in required areas
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and be flexible to take on new tasks
