Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on React Lead with strong expertise in front-end development and working experience with .NET Core on the backend. The candidate will lead front-end initiatives, design scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of React-based front-end applications with best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and services built with .NET Core.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Required Skills
- Backend Knowledge: Working experience with .NET Core (C#).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to lead front-end design decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
