Marketing Intern - Summer 2026
Castelion is seeking a driven and talented Marketing Intern for Summer 2026. You'll play an integral role on the in-house creative team, redefining how aerospace and defense companies market themselves. You'll work alongside experienced marketers and designers, as well as engineers and builders to visually represent one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

Produce Marketing Collateral:

Produce marketing collateral from conception, through design iterations to completion.

Coordinate Key Marketing Events:

Work closely with the marketing team to devise and support marketing events, both for government partners and hiring events.

Support In-House Production Team:

As a vital member of Castelion's in-house production team, you will pitch new video ideas, and work alongside photographers, videographers, social media specialists and editors to produce engaging, on-brand visual content for Castelion's social media.

Basic Qualifications

Current Student or Recent Grad:

Candidate is currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a marketing‑adjacent degree program: Marketing, Advertising, Video Production, Graphic Design, etc.

Photo & Video Understanding:

Candidate has a basic understanding of the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Juggle Many Projects at Once:

Candidate has the ability to juggle multiple projects with Castelion's in-house production team, marketing team, and brand studio to produce engaging marketing content and events.

Attention to Detail:

Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bonus Software:

Experience in Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya a plus.

Industry Interest:

Demonstrated interest in technology, aerospace and defense, with a willingness to push creative boundaries within a technical industry.

Capable of tactfully managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve company‑desired outcomes without compromising relationships. Emails, IMs and verbal interactions are logical, drive clarity, and detailed enough to eliminate ambiguity.

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
