We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business across the European market. Z2A already has an operational presence in Europe — this role is about bringing dedicated, senior sales expertise to unlock the region’s full revenue potential. The ideal candidate comes from a digital advertising agency or a leading ad network, brings a strong personal network, and can speak confidently to advertisers across the full funnel, from performance UA to paid social and branding.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and close new partnerships with mobile app developers and advertisers across Europe

Sell Z2A’s full-funnel offering, including programmatic UA, paid social, branding, and performance campaigns

Represent Z2A Digital at industry conferences, events, and client meetings across the EU

Build and maintain a strong personal network within the European mobile and digital advertising ecosystem

Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to campaign launch

Work closely with our global team (HQ in Israel) and existing EU operational team to align on campaign goals and execution

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, bridging performance and brand objectives with Z2A’s data-driven solutions

Manage pipeline and activity accurately using CRM tools, ensuring full visibility on deal progress

Collaborate with Account Management and Media Buy teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fast time-to-value for new clients

Requirements

Based in Germany, Spain, or the UK

5+ years of experience in sales — with at least 3 years specifically within the digital advertising or mobile app ecosystem

Background from a digital advertising agency or a leading ad network - strongly preferred

Solid understanding of the full digital advertising funnel: performance UA, paid social, and branding

Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and MMPs

Proven conference presence and strong personal networking capabilities within the EU ad ecosystem

Deep network among EU advertisers: UA leads, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Founders

Familiarity with key EU verticals: gaming, fintech, e-commerce, travel, streaming, and utility apps

Proficient with CRM systems — HubSpot or Salesforce experience required

Excellent English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a significant advantage

Proven deal-maker, not just opens doors but closes deals and drives revenue

Self-driven and independent, able to operate within an existing EU team while owning sales from day one
