Full-Time Assistant Sales Manager

to drive membership growth, build a high-energy sales culture, and help lead one of the most innovative fitness studios in the industry. This is a

leadership-track, revenue-driving role

and not a front desk position.

Compensation:

Competitive base pay: $19–$24/hour (based on experience).

Uncapped commission

per membership sold.

Performance bonuses

for meeting/exceeding monthly studio goals.

Leadership growth path to Studio Manager.

Your results directly control your income.

Schedule:

Full-Time (25–40 hours/week).

Flexible weekdays, evenings, and some weekends based on studio needs.

Responsibilities:

Drive

new membership sales

and consistently hit monthly revenue targets.

Conduct

daily lead follow-ups and outbound calls

to maximize conversions.

Convert trials into memberships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Build

community and B2B partnerships

to generate organic leads.

Lead

social media engagement

that drives traffic and awareness.

Train, motivate, and support part-time sales associates.

Maintain a professional, results-driven studio environment.

You will be measured on:

Membership sales & revenue.

Lead conversion rate.

Member retention.

Contribution to team growth.

Qualifications:

2+ years of

high-volume sales experience

(fitness, membership, or comparable industries).

Proven ability to

close deals and hit quotas .

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Comfortable with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Organized, detail-oriented, and KPI-driven.

Available 25–40 hours/week, including evenings and some weekends.
