Production Technician II

Sirius Talent is seeking Production Technician II professionals to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment supporting critical packaging and aseptic operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with cGMP experience who are looking to expand their hands-on technical skills and grow within a stable, team-oriented production setting. Position Details
Schedule: Monday

Friday, 7:00 AM

3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
Take a lead role in sterilization processes, equipment setup, and packaging operations
Execute packaging and inspection activities in accordance with batch records and SOPs
Perform component preparation, vial capping, inspection, and final packaging
Verify calibration of scales and ensure proper identification of materials and supplies
Inspect product for content, potency, and quality in compliance with manufacturing procedures
Operate various production and packaging equipment as assigned
Maintain production flow by stocking and replenishing supplies
Work with minimal supervision while following direction from supervisors and senior technicians
Support operations in the absence of leadership when needed
Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
Accurately complete all GMP documentation and follow SOP requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
2+ years of aseptic manufacturing experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment
Experience with vial washing, capping, packaging, or inspection strongly preferred
Working knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation practices
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) preferred
Motivated to learn and grow within a regulated manufacturing environment
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Frequent use of hands for fine motor tasks and equipment operation
Standing, walking, and stooping required during shifts
Exposure to:

Hazardous chemicals
Moving mechanical parts
Controlled/pre-heated production environments

Must comply with all GMP regulations, SOPs, and safety protocols
