Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Associate based out of our New York office.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support key initiatives for the Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure seamless workflows and effective project management, enabling the team to deliver solutions and support to marketing teams and the broader organization.

This hands‑on, detail‑oriented position requires a highly organized self‑starter who enjoys working within marketing platforms and improving operational efficiency. The Marketing Operations Associate will coordinate and execute initiatives across lead generation, sales enablement, data governance, and customer experience, while also supporting day‑to‑day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1‑3 years of experience and demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support Marketing Operations requests across the marketing and sales organization, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery

Assist with sales enablement initiatives, including data validation, monitoring, and scaling the marketing qualified lead process

Support contact and lead data hygiene efforts, including marketing segmentation programs, data enrichment, and ongoing quality checks across marketing systems

Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all assigned tasks

Contribute to high‑visibility initiatives by simplifying complexity, influencing decisions through data and insights, and delivering measurable impact

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
