Role Description
This is the dream-come-true opportunity for an agency manager who wishes they had joined State Farm's highly acclaimed Agent Aspirant program earlier in their career. The mastery you have achieved in managing and growing a State Farm Agency can now be recognized and highly compensated.
The Office Manager will oversee staff & operations, leading by example. You will ensure the sales and service teams are supported to provide excellent client experiences that lead to multi-line, long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
Deep, tenured knowledge of State Farm processes for sales, service, and systems is mandatory
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, as the final escalation point for resolution when needed
A reputation as the driving force behind agency growth
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and identify problems early
Expertise with State Farm software
Recruiting experience, with an excellent eye for talent
2-20 and 2-18 or equivalent
