Responsibilities
Design and develop new features and maintain existing features, adding improvements and fixing defects in complex areas using Assembler and/or C language.
Play a vital role in project design to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance are met.
Assist in troubleshooting complex technical problems in development and production.
Implement methodologies, processes, and tools.
Qualifications
Experience in software development using any programming language (academic experience is also relevant).
A self-learner passionate about problem solving and technology.
A team player with good communication skills (verbal and written).
Self-ownership of work goals and development goals.
Desire to continuously learn and upskill.
Benefits & Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,200 - $107,000. The range is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package; other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
