We are a focused team with a strong brand and a growing presence in the greater New York area. This role is a genuine opportunity to build professional marketing experience in a specialized healthcare consulting environment, working directly alongside the founder.
The Opportunity

The intern in this role will take ownership of day-to-day posting on LinkedIn, support our Meta strategy, and contribute to the content efforts driving inbound leads for our LHCSA consulting practice. If you are a strong writer with an interest in healthcare and the discipline to post consistently, this role was built for you.
Responsibilities

Own and manage regular posting on LinkedIn on behalf of AllPro, maintaining a consistent voice and professional standard
Create and schedule Facebook content across our three content pillars: regulatory intelligence, agency guidance, and authority and credibility
Research and draft posts grounded in healthcare news.
Design simple supporting graphics using Canva for use across both platforms
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
Support the creation of lead generation assets such as compliance checklists and pre-survey readiness guides.
Track and report monthly on engagement, post saves, link clicks, and direct message volume
What We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, public health, business, or a related field
Genuine interest in writing for a healthcare company and the ability to produce clear, credible content for a professional audience
Basic proficiency with Canva or comparable design tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook posting, scheduling, and engagement
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail with an understanding that tone and accuracy matter in a regulated industry
Nice to Have

Prior exposure to healthcare, home care, or regulatory environments
Familiarity with the LHCSA landscape in New York State
Basic knowledge of SEO or content strategy principles
What You Will Gain
