Join us and be part of something extraordinary.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * **Voice of the Customer**: Act as the primary advocate for client needs and incorporate stakeholder feedback and testing* **Vision and Strategy:**Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals* **Agile Leadership**: + Create and maintain a prioritized list of user stories and requirements + Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement. + Provide timely feedback and clarification during development cycles.* **Quality Assurance**: Accept or reject completed work based on predefined criteria.* **Strategic Alignment**: + Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other product owners, communicating progress, risks and outcomes + Make implementation trade-off decisions to deliver products with minimal defects.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.* 12+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 10 years in leadership positions. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $281,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
