Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Ballroom/Latin Dance Teacher located in Tustin, CA. The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging dance lessons, providing personalized instruction, and choreographing routines. Responsibilities also include teaching both group classes and private lessons, assessing students' progress, and helping students develop their dance skills and confidence. Additionally, teachers are expected to contribute to studio events and performances.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Ballroom/Latin (or Smooth/Rhythm) syllabus. (Competitive Experience preferable, but not essential).

Strong Teaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide students.

Knowledge and experience in various dance styles, and an understanding of Music interpretation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with students.

Ability to adapt teaching methods for individuals of varying skill levels and ages.

Passion for dance and performance, with a willingness to participate in studio events.

Previous teaching experience highly preferred.
