Creative Producer

Creative Operations is a dedicated team within Sparks charged with executing outstanding design within experiential environments and campaigns. The Creative Producer will drive creative deliverables and provide creative project management support to both internal and external teams through every phase of our process. This includes: project development, including concept development, experience design, design development, fabrication, quality assurance, installation, and project completion. A Creative Producer plays an integral part of the overall Creative Team. Their role is to help bridge the gap between account and creative teams eliminating roadblocks and ensuring projects stay on-track. This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule based out of any of the following locations:
Philadelphia, PA
Detroit, MI
Dallas, TX
Ft Wayne, IN
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for creative project management on select programs and accounts.
Manages project workflow on a day-to-day basis - prioritize tasks, identify / anticipate challenges, and drive completion of deadlines.
Works with and directs creative teams, both internal and outsourced, to translate established brand experience objectives into real-life experiences.
Collaborates with account leads to determine the scope of work for the Creative team, estimated number of hours per resource and high-level budgeting.
Eliminates roadblocks and helps to drive all design elements of the project forward.
Ensures organization of the overall design process.
Organizes internal meeting cadences for the design team.
Organizes and facilitates inter-departmental project team kickoffs.
Serves as a primary point of contact for the creative team on internal and external project communications.
Helps to guide the creative discussions with clients focusing on the overall strategy of the project.
Communicates Creative team project status updates to the rest of the team.
Identifies and improves upon internal workflows and processes, documenting established processes along the way.
Works with Creative Resourcing to ensure efficient use of design resources.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting (agency experience managing cross-functional teams is a plus).
Solid knowledge of design based technologies and trends.
Experience working with small to medium-sized teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you will bridge communications between the design, accounts, and production teams.
Superb organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail - you never let anything slip through the cracks.
Ability to work under tight time constraints on multiple projects in a high growth environment.
Ability to cultivate trust and collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to be patient and focused under tight deadlines.
Ability to guide teams to create great work.
Design, event, or technical production background a plus.
Proficient in Google Drive, Slack and/or Microsoft 365
Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Digital, 3d and 2d creative process and experience with activations is a bonus
Travel Requirements

Travel up to 25%
