Backed by Y Combinator, we're defining an entirely new category.The RoleWe're looking for an Influencer Marketing Program Manager to build and scale our creator partnership program. You'll identify high-potential creators, develop partnerships that drive real results, and shape how Blink shows up across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.This role is equal parts relationship builder and content strategist. You understand what makes short-form content perform, you know how algorithms reward certain formats and hooks, and you can translate that knowledge into briefs that help creators succeed.What You'll DoCreator Partnerships: Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators across tech, entrepreneurship, no-code, and adjacent verticals. Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships.Content Strategy: Develop creative briefs that set creators up for success. You'll guide concepts, hooks, and formats based on what performs—without micromanaging the creator's voice.Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends. Know what's working on TikTok today, what YouTube Shorts rewards, and how to adapt strategies accordingly.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance.
