Our client is seeking a Marketing Analyst / Coordinator to support our Product Management (PM) team by driving marketing execution, analysis, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing priorities, and blending analytics with marketing execution.



What You’ll Do

  • Support Product Management teams by building weekly, monthly, and annual presentation decks, including SCM updates, QBRs, and LLP consolidations.
  • Partner with integrated marketing and PR teams to coordinate marketing activities and the development of creative assets (ads, press releases, PDPs, and more).
  • Research and analyze competitor activities to assess market positioning, business impact, and market share trends.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and strategic analysis to support product profitability and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor market trends, business performance, and key developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks, including vendor/distributor contracts, approval submissions, and meeting or event scheduling.
  • Manage day‑to‑day priorities to ensure Product Managers stay on track.
  • Serve as a backup Product Manager supporting Available‑to‑Sell (ATS) tracking and aging inventory management.


What You Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience navigating cross‑functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of product marketing principles, pricing strategy, and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Experience working with marketing creatives and media assets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics, product management support, or operations.
