Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full production lifecycle across multiple YouTube channels, ensuring timely delivery
Build and maintain production schedules, managing coordination between teams for smooth operations
Manage the post-production pipeline, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards before release

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in coordinating or managing video production, preferably in a digital content environment
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, or similar)
Ability to independently learn new skills and technologies as needed
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple productions simultaneously
