Marketing Manager (Furniture Retail)
Location: Marina Square, Singapore

Working hours : 9am – 6pm (& attend ad hoc events). Salary: $4,500 - $6,000

We are seeking a hands‑on and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead a full overhaul of our digital and in‑store marketing strategy. This role is critical in driving both online traffic and physical showroom footfall, with a strong focus on SEO/SEM, social media growth, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will lead a small team and work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders to elevate brand presence and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute a complete revamp of SEO and SEM strategies to significantly improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates

Own and grow all social media platforms (especially Instagram), including content strategy, paid campaigns, and audience engagement

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive both digital traffic and in‑store showroom visits

Plan and execute offline/classical marketing initiatives (e.g. events, partnerships, in‑store promotions, visual merchandising alignment)

Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize marketing spend to ensure strong ROI

Manage, mentor, and develop a marketing team to deliver high‑quality, consistent output

Collaborate closely with sales, branding, and business development teams to align messaging and commercial goals

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and elevate overall brand positioning

Key KPIs

Increase in website traffic and search engine rankings

Growth in social media engagement, reach, and follower base

Conversion rates from digital channels

Increase in showroom footfall and sales attributed to marketing efforts

ROI on marketing campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or furniture industry

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)

Experience in retail showroom or omnichannel marketing environments

Strong eye for design and brand aesthetics
