We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with the community, coordinating events, and helping execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This role will support day-to-day marketing efforts including email communications, social media management, content creation, community partnerships, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and passionate about building strong customer relationships and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Communications
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
Write engaging content for blogs, website pages, and promotional campaigns
Assist with maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Support campaign planning and execution for sales, service, and community initiatives
Social Media Management
Create and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Assist with content planning, social calendars, and campaign execution
Capture photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
Monitor social engagement, respond to comments/messages when needed, and identify trends or opportunities
Community & Event Coordination
Help coordinate dealership and community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
Assist with planning logistics, ordering materials, and event setup
Build relationships with local organizations, partners, and vendors
Support community outreach initiatives and promotional opportunities
Team Support
Assist with ordering marketing materials, swag, signage, and promotional items
Support the marketing team with various day-to-day tasks and special projects
Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and reporting documents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
Internship or prior experience in marketing, communications, social media, or events is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms and basic content creation tools
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Photography and video editing experience is a bonus
