What You Will Do

Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma.
Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance design processes and improve user interaction.
Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product offerings.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Ideal Candidate Background

1-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in design.
Experience in the fintech or data-driven sectors.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $150K, with equity options between 0% and 1%. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking platform while being part of a passionate and innovative team.
