Influencer Marketing And Artistry Relations
Drive strategy and execution of Influencer Marketing and Artistry Relations to reach overall brand awareness and business goals within budget
Build programs from vision through execution to scale influencer content creation, traffic, sales, engagement, and advocacy
Identify new influencers and artistry talent and develop innovative programs and partnerships to expand community while strengthening relationships across all tiers
Oversee ongoing gifting initiatives for influencers and makeup artists
Partner with cross functional teams to integrate influencers and makeup artists into campaigns, new product launches, and hero product support
Support growth team with creator generated content needed for advertising initiatives
Manage vendor and partner relationships including influencer talent agencies, agents, and influencer tools
Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs and provide insights, results, and recommendations to cross functional teams and leadership
Stay up to date on influencer trends, community behavior, and emerging tools
Drive earned media strategy across target channels including beauty, lifestyle, tech, and business press
Build and maintain strong relationships with key editorial partners while continuously developing new media relationships
Manage day to day relationship and support for the PR agency
Oversee and execute the PR calendar including press materials, toolkits, mailers, and experiential events
Track press coverage and report insights from media monitoring
Strategic thinker who can also execute effectively
Passionate about influencers, social media, and the communities that exist on these platforms while staying current on platform trends and changes
Highly detail oriented while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Strong communication, project management, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Creative self starter with a positive attitude and a roll up your sleeves approach
Resourceful and comfortable working with ambiguity
Strong problem solving ability with the capability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternative solutions
Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to create strong partnerships and bring people together
BA in Communications, Marketing, or related field
8 to 10 years experience in influencer relations, social media marketing, community management, or PR
Demonstrated track record of scaling influencer communities and EMV, preferably within beauty or beauty adjacent industries
Comfortable using Google Suite
Experience with influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and social media management tools such as Dash Hudson
Strong written and verbal communication skills
