Brand & Creative Design

  • Design marketing and promotional materials, including signage, menus, digital screens, brochures, and advertisements
  • Maintain brand consistency across all lounge touch points
  • Adapt global brand guidelines for local regional marketing content
  • Liaising with HQ graphics team (based in Hong Kong) to understand brand guidelines and coordinate on revisions required
  • Design services for multiple brands: Plaza Premium Lounge, Plaza Premium First, Allways, and third-party lounges and partnerships.
  • Support sales and business development opportunities.
  • Create design assets as required by partnership agreements


Guest Experience & Environment

  • Create visual assets that enhance the in-lounge experience (wayfinding, service information, seasonal campaigns)
  • Support lounge openings, refurbishments, and special events with creative design solutions
  • Design digital content for screens, kiosks, and in-lounge displays


Digital & Marketing Support

  • Develop content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and partnerships
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital distribution
  • Print Materials, including but not limited to: Magazines, Menus, Brochures, Take-out menus, Flyers
  • Sales Materials, Flipbooks, and Presentation Decks
  • Mood and storyboard design
  • Airport signage (wayfinding, digital, banner advertisements, online assets)
  • Video assets for in-lounge and online use


Collaboration & Production

  • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury brands
  • Day-to-day support for all graphic design and marketing collateral development requests
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors
  • Skilled project manager of tight deadlines across different locations
  • Ensure all artwork meets brand, production, accessibility, and quality standards
  • Oversee creative development and manage revisions and approvals of all final materials
  • Status calls and meetings as required
  • Vendor coordination – understand material specs and ensure timely deployment
  • Copywriting support
  • Other related responsibilities and special or ad hoc projects, as assigned
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) required
  • Intermediate to Expert Microsoft PPT Skills required
  • Proficiency in Canva and Milanote preferred
  • Intermediate Excel Skills preferred
  • Experience designing for both print and digital environments required
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, copywriting, and layout
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all team specifications are met and free of any errors
