Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Commercial Director to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have remarkable talent and enthusiasm for sales and marketing, coupled with strategic foresight and a proven track record in both domains. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decisions.
Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is seeking an experienced Commercial Director. The Commercial Director forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.
This individual will provide strategic leadership to the Sales, Catering, Conference Planning, Public Relations and Revenue Management teams in the hotel, ensuring that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenues.
Applicants need to evidence strong revenue and budget management skills, have a creative flair for marketing, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
The Commercial Director sits on the Hotel's executive leadership team and directs and oversees all sales and commercial activities with the support of teams including: Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management to ensure that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied as well as in all of the Hotel's outlets.
This individual will develop the local Hotel brand and narrative including the Hotel positioning in the market, the storytelling and subsequent programming.
The Commercial Director must be able to execute and effectively communicate strategies and tactics employed to all key stakeholders, including Ownership, the Hotel team and our Corporate Office.
Ideal candidate will have:
Applicants are required to have a minimum of five years previous employment in a related position.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing is preferred.
Work authorization for employment in the United States is required.
Good communication and customer contact skills.

Salary Range: $190,000.00 - $210,000.00
