Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company's field marketing functions. The role is responsible, under general to intermittent supervision, for providing training, advertising content creation and design, compliance approval, marketing strategies and support for all branches, loan officers, and sales support staff within designated region(s). This role will be charged with a high expectation for driving business and leads to the branches, improving the customer experience, and participate in recruiting/retaining loan officers and sales staff.
This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $56,309 to $79,184 annually. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.
Essential functions include:
Lead marketing syncs with Loan Officers to assess goals, review marketing practices, and deliver tailored strategies that drive adoption of Guild's tools and support personal brand growth.
Conduct pre-Sync research on each Loan Officer's tool usage and online presence to provide personalized recommendations.
Coach Loan Officers on using Guild marketing tools, systems, and best practices.
Support SEO and digital visibility efforts by coaching Loan Officers on online presence optimization.
Complete required number of marketing sync setups per week, including establishing communication cadences, setting automated marketing series, and ensuring long-term engagement.
Document marketing syncs, capturing insights, goals, action items, and assigning follow-up tasks as needed.
Provide structured six-month marketing support for all new retail sales hires, including regular check-ins and adoption tracking.
Lead or support regional trainings on marketing tools, systems, and overall marketing strategy.
Track and analyze marketing tool adoption across regions to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
Utilize and teach AI tools and best practices for daily job functions related to Marketing.
Communicate proactively with regional teams regarding marketing initiatives, tool updates, and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and regional teams through consistent communication and strategic alignment.
Partner with Field Marketing Coordinators on regional social media strategy and ongoing marketing support.
Host in-person marketing activation events in partnership with regional leaders and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional teams and leadership on event planning for marketing activations and branch meetings.
Assist with special projects as assigned by Field Marketing leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
Minimum two years experience in recent marketing role(s) required.
Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of email marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
Demonstrated copywriting experience with work samples.
Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.
