About the role

This is a high-impact leadership role owning product and market strategy for a growing NGS portfolio.

You'll drive end-to-end product commercialization, lead a team of product managers, and shape how advanced genomics solutions are positioned, launched, and scaled globally.

What you'll be doing

Own full NGS product lifecycle: concept → launch → optimization
Define product roadmap and commercial strategy
Lead market research and build ROI-driven business cases
Drive product launches, go-to-market strategy, and performance optimization
Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging technologies
Present strategic recommendations and go
o-go decisions
Lead and mentor a team of product managers
Oversee multiple product lines and cross-functional execution
Identify and manage partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
Partner with sales on revenue targets, campaigns, and enablement
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
What you bring

18+ years in life sciences product marketing
10+ years leading high-performing teams
Deep expertise in NGS, including RNA sequencing and library prep workflows
Strong experience in product strategy, commercialization, and market growth
Proven ability to own full product lifecycle end-to-end
Strong financial and analytical skills (ROI, modeling, market fit)
Ability to translate complex science into business strategy
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
