Overview

Senior Vice President, Epsilon Media Solutions Lead is a senior client-facing and people‑leading role responsible for driving growth of Epsilon Media solutions across Groupe clients. This is a player/coach role designed for a proven commercial leader who can both own key accounts directly and lead a team to grow pipeline, close bookings, and expand solution adoption. The role reports directly to the Agency Lead and will be based in New York or Chicago.

This leader will act as a senior advisor to both agency and client stakeholders, bringing deep expertise in programmatic media, data-driven marketing, and integrated media solutions, while building a high-performing team with a strong growth mindset.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the senior commercial leader for Groupe accounts, positioning Epsilon Media as a strategic, outcome-driven partner
  • Lead and coach a team responsible for pipeline development, deal velocity, and bookings growth
  • Personally own and grow 1–2 strategic Groupe accounts, serving as senior relationship owner and solution architect
  • Expand adoption of new and emerging Epsilon Media solutions, identifying whitespace and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner closely with Publicis Groupe agency leadership and Epsilon product, strategy, and delivery teams to bring integrated solutions to market

What You’ll Achieve

  • Pipeline & Bookings Growth – Build, manage, and close a healthy pipeline across the team; proactively identify and close gaps to quarterly and annual bookings targets
  • Strategic Account Expansion – Deepen penetration within existing Groupe clients by selling higher-value, programmatic and data-led solutions tied to client business outcomes
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and develop a team of client leaders and sellers; set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and build a strong bench of future leaders
  • Senior Advisory Presence – Act as a trusted advisor to senior agency and client stakeholders on programmatic strategy, media investment approaches, audience, measurement, and innovation
  • Solution Innovation & Growth – Identify opportunities to introduce new products, packaging, and go-to-market approaches that drive incremental revenue and differentiation

Responsibilities

  • Own team-level pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and bookings delivery
  • Drive consistent account planning and opportunity management rigor across the team
  • Identify risks early and take decisive action to course-correct
  • Personally lead complex, high-value deals requiring senior-level programmatic and commercial expertise
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Strategy, Finance, and Delivery
  • Represent Epsilon as a senior thought leader in programmatic and data-driven media

Qualifications

  • Senior commercial leader with a strong track record of revenue growth
  • Trusted advisor with the ability to navigate complex agency and client dynamics
  • Player/coach who enjoys selling and developing talent
  • Clear, compelling communicator with executive presence
  • Growth-minded leader focused on innovation and scale
  • 15+ years of experience in programmatic media, digital advertising, or data-driven marketing
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying, audiences, activation, and measurement
  • Proven experience leading teams with revenue and pipeline accountability
  • Strong executive presence with agency and client advisory experience
  • Experience selling into holding company / Groupe environments preferred

Compensation Range: $180,215 – $256,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.
