About the Role


The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its mission-critical SaaS technology business, which is dedicated to advancing the future of emergency response. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire go-to-market function, including sales leadership, marketing strategy, and demand generation. This role is pivotal in owning new business SaaS revenue targets, leading complex sales cycles, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Head of Sales and Marketing will also be tasked with designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing brand messaging, and managing content creation. A hands-on approach to CRM systems and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS environment are essential.

Applicants for the Head of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3-7 years' experience in SaaS sales and/or marketing, preferably within regulated, public-sector, or healthcare-adjacent markets. Experience in selling to EMS, Fire, healthcare, public safety, or government buyers is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a genuine interest in the public safety mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to operate independently, drive results in a fast-moving environment, and be comfortable with a data-driven, accountable approach. Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, government procurement processes, and experience in scaling SaaS revenue functions are also desirable.
