Crawford, Murphy & Tilly is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join the team in Springfield, IL office. This is not a remote position.

Coordinator , you'll play a key role in crafting compelling proposals and marketing materials that showcase our expertise and win new business. What you will do:

With support, coaching, and direction from CMT's Marketing Proposal Manager and technical leaders, you will serve the firm in the following capacities:

Plan and coordinate the proposal development process, including scheduling, editing, writing, designing, and production of proposals and statements of qualifications.
Work cross-functionally with firm leaders, technical staff leads, partner organizations, and marketing team colleagues to develop compelling proposal strategies and messaging.
Apply creative thinking and visual storytelling to highlight key messaging.
Ensure compliance with proposal requirements
Develop interview strategies, presentation, and materials
Develop brand-approved marketing collateral and materials
Contribute to proposal database management processes
Utilize marketing, communications, and/or design software to develop content and follow processes (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Monday.com)
Build and maintain cooperative and trusting relationships with Marketing teammates and technical staff
Submit quality work for review and approval in a timely manner
Uphold marketing standards and brand usage guidelines
Participate in efforts towards continuous improvement and innovation
Align with and embrace CMT's mission and core values
Here is what you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proficient knowledge of marketing and/or communications techniques, tools, and principles
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions
Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork
Ideally, you will also have:

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in the engineering, architecture, or consulting industry.

The expected compensation range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
