About the Role
We are looking for a highly engaging, customer‑focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This role supports the Sales Team by ensuring they have the tools, supplies, and resources needed to deliver exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and set up calls with the Sales & Catering Manager.
Send packages and answer general questions.
Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
Create Sales & Catering kits and restock the supply area as appropriate.
Control office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Update the Sales System with actuals after event completion.
Send out thank‑you cards/emails.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
Strong desire to make an impact on others.
Outgoing and engaging personality.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
Compensation
$27.00 – $29.80 per hour.
