The Graphic Designer creates visually compelling assets that strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and support marketing and growth initiatives across digital and print channels. This role blends creative execution with strategic thinking, producing designs that are both aesthetically strong and purpose-driven.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through cohesive visual systems, campaign assets, and brand materials. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy variety, value quality and consistency, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Your designs shape how audiences perceive and interact with brands. By delivering polished, on-brand visuals, you help improve engagement, strengthen brand recognition, and support campaign performance. Your attention to detail and ability to iterate based on feedback ensure creative output remains both impactful and consistent.
Core Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Execution — 40%
Design digital assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
Create static graphics for ads, landing pages, and promotional materials
Produce presentations, one-pagers, and branded collateral
Apply strong typography, layout, color, and composition principles
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights
Brand Identity & Visual Systems — 20%
Create and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems
Design logos, templates, and reusable brand assets
Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints
Adapt existing brand systems for new formats and channels
UI/UX & Web Design — 15%
Design website and landing page layouts
Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
Apply user-centered design principles
Collaborate with developers during handoff and implementation
Video & Motion Support — 10%
Edit or support short-form video content for social platforms
Create simple motion graphics or animated assets
Optimize visuals for platform-specific requirements
Performance Optimization & Creative Strategy — 10%
Review creative performance metrics to inform design improvements
Support A/B testing through design variations
Align creative output with campaign and growth objectives
Collaboration & Project Management — 5%
Manage multiple design tasks and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
