Cicada is seeking a versatile, execution-focused marketing professional to build and optimize revenue-driving marketing systems for a portfolio of MedTech and HealthTech clients. This role is for someone who enjoys getting into the weeds: setting up campaigns, building workflows, launching emails, but can also step into client conversations, communicate clearly, and grow into owning relationships over time.

Position Summary
The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing marketing systems that drive measurable growth for a portfolio of clients. This role focuses on hands‑on execution across CRM, lifecycle campaigns, and content, while collaborating with internal teams and supporting client interactions. The position emphasizes performance optimization, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to grow into increased client ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle & CRM Execution

Build and optimize lifecycle workflows within platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Implement lead capture, qualification, and follow‑up systems

Create and manage automated campaigns (email, nurture, re‑engagement)

Structure pipelines and lifecycle stages aligned with real‑world sales processes

Ensure clean data flow, tracking, and reporting across systems

Campaign Execution & Content

Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and social channels

Create and manage content including emails, newsletters, and campaign assets

Collaborate with design and strategy teams on messaging and execution

Support campaign calendars and coordinate cross‑functional deliverables

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor campaign and pipeline performance from lead through conversion

Identify friction points and implement improvements

Translate data into actionable insights and optimizations

Support reporting on marketing performance and contribution to revenue

Participate in client meetings and provide clear updates on execution and performance

Translate client needs into actionable marketing workflows and campaigns

Incorporate feedback from sales and client teams into ongoing improvements

Grow into increased ownership of client relationships over time

Brand & Compliance

Ensure all marketing efforts align with client brand standards and healthcare regulations

Maintain consistency and quality across all outputs

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or B2B environments (excluding academic coursework);

Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.);

Experience executing campaigns across email, landing pages, and digital channels;

Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and lead conversion;

Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action;

Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients or cross‑functional teams;

Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives;

Nice to Have Qualifications

Agency or consulting experience

Experience with paid channels (Meta, YouTube, etc.)

Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments

Note: Candidates must be currently located within, or willing to relocate to, the north‑east region and within Eastern Time Zone. Candidates will be required to travel onsite to the Boston, MA office on occasion.
