- Responsibilities: Lead a team of React developers in delivering high-quality applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
- Own task allocation, and code quality enforcement.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Drive unit testing, documentation, and deployment readiness.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
- Solid understanding of component design, lazy loading, and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
