Support entire Active Directory and email environment including the O365, ADFS infrastructure connecting to cloup.corp domain. The O365 SME will be supporting the environment by applying best practice, perform risk analysis, assess the overall AD/Exchange/O365/Teams/SharePoint, etc. environment and identify gaps.
Manage, maintain (review the health of the AD & O365 environment), and document all integrations
Applying best practice and perform risk analysis, assessment of the environment, identify gaps, summarize the findings, and create tasks to implement recommended solution to close the gaps
Applying best practice for O365 environment, identify gaps, summarize the findings, and create tasks to implement recommended solution to close the gaps
Create a daily task list of activities a standard AD/Exch/O365 etc.
