Personal Stylist - Custom Clothing & Luxury Leather Goods

We're hiring a Custom Stylist to design luxury garments and build wardrobes for a discerning clientele. You'll guide clients through an end-to-end custom experience — from fabrics sourced at the world's most luxurious mills to the final details of fit and finish.

What you'll do:
Lead consultative appointments for custom suiting, shirting, formalwear, outerwear, and full wardrobe builds
Take measurements, conduct fittings, and partner with production to ensure impeccable fit
Grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
Hit annual sales goals based on stylist tier
Deliver white-glove service across the full client lifecycle

What we're looking for:
3+ years in custom clothing, tailoring, or luxury apparel sales
A portable book of business with a proven track record ($250K–$1M+ in annual sales)
Deep fluency in fabrics, construction, fit, and styling
Polished relationship-builder comfortable with HNW clients
CRM-savvy, organized, and entrepreneurial

Compensation:
Competitive base + uncapped commission, health/dental, PTO, generous clothing allowance, and other company perks
