Director Of Operations

EnerMech is seeking a Director of Operations to lead, standardize, and elevate operational performance across the Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions (IIS) business line. This position is responsible for driving efficiency, safety, service quality, and consistent execution across global IIS operations.
The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, overseeing day-to-day operations while embedding standardized ways of working, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations.
Accountabilities
Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of engineering and site execution services across multiple projects
Drive operational governance, resource planning, and performance standards across all activities
Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Support bids, contract negotiations, and scope development with operational input
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company governance requirements
Develop and lead teams, driving continuous improvement and capability growth
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational delivery across engineering and site execution activities
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with quality and contractual requirements
Drive operational governance, performance standards, and resource planning across projects
Support financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Provide input into bids, contracts, and scope development
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across engineering services
Ensure full compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company governance requirements
Lead and develop teams, supporting capability growth and succession planning
