What You'll Do:

Casa Bonita is looking to hire a Director of Marketing who is a results-driven, hands-on revenue driver. This is a tactical, execution-oriented leadership role responsible for building and managing the marketing systems that bring guests in, keep them coming back, and generate measurable results across all channels.

Leveraging the existing strong Casa Bonita brand and the creative direction of ownership, the Director of Marketing will focus on strategy, performance, and execution, ensuring that creative direction and assets are deployed effectively and that every guest-facing touchpoint is working as hard as it should be.

Restaurant experience is a significant plus. This is a high-volume, high-energy environment and the ideal candidate understands the pace and the stakes, as well as enjoys spending time in the restaurant environment with the team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Data and Loyalty Strategy:
Own guest data strategy across reservations, arcade, email and CRM platforms to build a unified view of the guest and improve lifecycle marketing
Own engagement strategy for The Founders Club to understand how loyalty and affinity marketing can impact restaurant performance
Partner with Director of Guest Experience to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve consumer experience
Build and manage email marketing programs that drive repeat visits, incremental sales, and other engagement opportunities
Identify and act on revenue opportunities across marketing channels, including promotions, partnerships, and time-sensitive campaigns
Develop and oversee paid media campaigns across social and search that generate measurable return on investment
Track and report on marketing-attributed revenue, covers, and key conversion metrics
Own and manage the marketing budget including paid media spend, vendor costs, and technology platforms
Audit and Optimization

Consistently conduct comprehensive audits of all guest-facing touchpoints including the website, Google Business presence, social profiles, email program, reservation platforms, and on-premise materials
Identify gaps, friction points, and missed revenue opportunities across the guest journey
Own SEO strategy and local search optimization
Evaluate and optimize content for discoverability across AI-driven platforms and large language models, including how the restaurant appears in AI-generated search results and recommendations
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while preserving the restaurant's distinct identity
Channel Strategy and Management

Lead social media strategy across relevant platforms, including content calendar, channel prioritization, and performance
Own website strategy including conversion optimization, landing pages, reservation flow, event promotion, and analytics tracking
Manage marketing features of reservation platform
Own the email marketing platform, including list health, segmentation, automations, and campaign performance
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar including seasonal campaigns, holidays, events, and promotional initiatives
Manage paid media spend and any agency or vendor relationships including PR monitoring
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Produce regular marketing performance reports for leadership highlighting revenue impact, channel performance, and growth opportunities
Work closely with the creative team to brief campaigns, ensure proper channel deployment, and measure performance
Collaborate with Director of Guest Experience on guest feedback and opportunities
Manage vendor and agency relationships and hold partners accountable to performance standards
Work closely with VP, Operations to identify upcoming needs and work collaboratively with the front of house leadership to operationalize initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS

Required

8 or more years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue
Strong experience in email marketing, including platform management, list segmentation, automation, and analytics
Proficiency in social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google
Experience managing and optimizing reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, Resy or OpenTable
Comfort with data and analytics, including setting up tracking, interpreting dashboards, and making data-informed decisions. Experience with Google analytics preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and initiatives simultaneously
Preferred

Restaurant or hospitality industry experience
Event marketing experience, including ticketed events, private dining, or experiential programming
Paid media experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SMS marketing, loyalty platforms, or guest CRM tools
