Director, Commercialization to lead the end-to-end execution of new product launches—from post-concept through market readiness. Role sits at intersection of Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, ensuring product delivered on time, on budget, and to highest standard. What You'll Do
- Own end‑to‑end commercialization of all new product launches, from post‑concept through go‑to‑market readiness
- Build and manage integrated project plans outlining timelines, dependencies, milestones, and ownership
- Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing
- Drive Stage‑Gate and PMO processes to ensure consistency and accountability
- Identify risks early and lead mitigation strategies to protect timelines, quality, and cost
- Establish reporting dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into launch status
- Partner with external manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production readiness and on‑time delivery
- Oversee artwork, packaging, and operational workflows to ensure approvals are met
- Collaborate with Finance on budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Scale PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business administration, product development or other related field
- 8+ years of experience in commercialization, NPI, or project/program management within beauty, personal care, or CPG
- Proven track record managing end‑to‑end product launches at scale
- Deep cross‑functional experience across R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Strong understanding of Stage‑Gate processes and PMO frameworks
- Expertise in building and managing detailed project plans and tracking tools (Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
- Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including budget management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven
Compensation
Base salary: $155,000 – $185,000 per year.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company‑based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
