About this role
The Member Services Lead Qualification Specialist ensures the delivery of highly intent leads to our Member Agents. In this role, you will engage with high-priority inbound leads, qualify and disposition potential buyers or sellers, and yield qualified prospects via warm transfer to member agents. You will talk to potential home buyers, sellers, residential real estate agents, and brokers.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive vetting of leads received through outbound and inbound phone calls, and emails, to ensure they meet our qualification criteria.
Intercept and manage inbound calls on behalf of member agents, performing thorough vetting to assess lead quality and potential.
Engage directly with consumers interested in the home buying and selling process to connect them to member agents.
Use established criteria and tools to assess each lead’s potential and determine suitability.
Analyze responses and data to ensure the leads are credible and meet member agents’ requirements.
Ensure only qualified leads are forwarded to member agents, streamlining the lead generation process.
Deliver a summary of the opportunity and client background to member agents via their preferred communication channels.
Utilize consumer and client feedback to optimize and enhance product offerings.
Participate in continuous professional development, training, coaching, and mentorship with access to industry research and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
Track record of commitment to prior employers.
At least 2 years of call center and/or professional experience.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
Strong time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interviewing and assessing potential leads.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating lead quality.
Customer‑focused approach, committed to providing high‑quality support to both leads and member agents.
Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
Proactive, positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work some nights and weekends.
Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
