Position: Marketing Coordinator Location: 2312 W Casino Road Everett, WA 98204 (Cascade Administration Building) Duration: more than 90+ Days
Event Support:

Plan, staff, and execute public events as part of Community Transit's Field Marketing, Employer, Residential, Youth, and agency-wide programs. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, transporting materials, and driving both personal or agency vehicles as permitted. Coordinate event logistics including staffing, transportation, setup and breakdown, and post-event reporting. Capture candid photos of staff at events for social media and internal communications. Manage promotional inventory and support procurement processes, including bidding and ordering materials for upcoming events.
Program Support:

Generate and qualify business and residential partnership leads, and assist with onboarding and follow-up activities. Support ORCA contract processing, renewals, and CRM data entry. Contribute to youth summer programs and assist in sourcing and drafting content for employer newsletters. Provide support for special initiatives such as 50th Anniversary events, rider appreciation campaigns, and ticket distribution projects.
Work Schedule & Requirements:

Availability for in-office work at least on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is required. Participation in off-site events is essential. Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Hybrid telework options may be available depending on managerial discretion and job responsibilities.
